Report Critique or Preparation for Cross Examination

Functional Outcomes provides a scientific approach to report critique and cross examination. Where appropriate, organized appendices with reference materials are provided as part of the package to the referral source to support points made within the critique in order to facilitate an effective cross examination. Face to face meetings can be arranged with counsel to provide education as to current clinical practices and research, further preparing lawyers for pre-trial negotiations and/or court.
