Functional Outcomes Rehabilitation Services Inc. is located in Vancouver, British Columbia and provides industry leading disability assessment and consulting services. Our speciality areas include Functional Capacity Evaluation, Cost of Future Care Evaluation, and research-based Critiques.

Ms. Jodi Fischer and Mr. Min Trevor Kyi are both Occupational Therapists who are certified in Functional Capacity Evaluation and qualified expert witnesses to the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Ms. Fischer is also a Certified Life Care Planner (a.k.a. Cost of Future Care Evaluation). Along with their clinical work, Ms. Fischer and Mr. Kyi are well known educators in their field, both on faculty with the University of British Columbia and teaching throughout North America to other health care professionals.
